Ongoing discussions with EVCOs
Background
Newman (Teresa Ville MA) has already started engaging the EVCOs, namely:
- Wes Cares Energy
- EV Mobility
- Novowatt Pte Ltd
They have made proposals with the following common points:
- Charger Model: 2 x Single phase 7.4kW, i.e. the slow-charging (AC charges)
- Proposed Carpark Lots: 109 to 111 located next to the Clubhouse nearest the Block 1003 Circle
- Customer Service Support: 24 hours
There are many other points which they raised and also covered in LTA's Electric Vehicle Guide for Management Corporation Strata Titles (MCSTs).
Engagements model
LTA recommends the Capex-free model. The key considerations are:
